Rachel Kelly is a goal-oriented administrative and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting executives and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments. She is known for her ability to manage projects – from benefits onboarding to asset management – with precision and positivity. A master multitasker and organizer, Rachel expertly coordinates resources, schedules and tasks, ensuring Violet PR’s client projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Rachel holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Delaware, where she honed her leadership skills as part of the school’s “Leadership, Integrity, and Change Program,” which teaches young leaders to read critically, analyze arguments, and work collaboratively across cultures.
