Kelsey Dugan brings more than a decade of experience in national media and communications, including a longstanding career at CBS News, where she steadily rose through the ranks in one of the country’s most demanding newsroom environments. Over the course of her tenure, she took on increasing responsibility across editorial and production operations, responding to breaking news and major national stories across high-profile broadcasts.

Among her most memorable career moments are a sit-down interview with country music star Garth Brooks and serving as lead field producer covering Hillary Clinton on Election Night 2016.

Known for her strong work ethic and collaborative approach, Kelsey has built a reputation as a thoughtful communicator with sharp editorial instincts and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. Her experience working alongside journalists, producers, and communications professionals in markets across the country allows her to bring both multi-regional perspective and practical newsroom insight to every project.
