Blackbaud (NYSE: BLBK), a leading cloud software company powering social good, wanted its name associated with the growing national movement of #GivingTuesday.
Solution
The Violet PR team, partnering with McPherson Strategies, developed a tactical production plan for Blackbaud in November 2016, setting up a ‘Command Center' at NASDAQ’s Times Square headquarters where Blackbaud analytic experts tracked “#GivingTuesday” donations. On social media, Violet PR worked to profile Blackbaud’s clients and leadership in a series of Facebook Live panels, pairing it with the, ‘#TurnYourTuesday,’ hashtag to promote user engagement.
